Where Listening Becomes Action

Each project follows one structure: the problem, the evidence collected, the action taken and the outcome.

Projects So Far

Open a project to follow its trail from the problem to what happened next.

  • Project 01

    CBT Experience Audit

    Problem

A student-focused evidence-gathering exercise designed to document students' experiences with computer-based testing and identify recurring challenges requiring attention.

    Evidence

295 responses (subject to final verification)

    Outcome

The findings provided an evidence base for constructive engagement and advocacy concerning students' learning and assessment experiences.

  • Project 02

FUTA Lecture Hall Learning Conditions Questionnaire

    Problem

    Core issues investigated:

    • Overcrowding
    • Sound quality
    • Learning environment
    • Student concentration
    • General lecture conditions
    Evidence

ECHO gathered structured student feedback on lecture hall conditions and their effect on effective learning.

    Action

Findings were analysed and presented through a formal report and submitted to relevant University authorities with identified problems, observed impacts and recommendations.

How to Read a Project

Problem, Evidence, Action, Outcome

A simple, auditable structure for every major issue, so each project can be followed from start to finish.

  1. Problem

    What issue did it investigate?

  2. Evidence

    What did ECHO collect?

  3. Action

What did ECHO do with the evidence?

  4. Outcome

    What happened afterwards?

A field appears on a project once it is documented. This is the same structure as ECHO's Institutional Response Loop, which follows each issue from the problem identified to the follow-up measurement.
